Front Desk staff was very helpful. This is the 3rd hotel I've stayed in Granada and these were the best room accommodations out of the 3. It is conveniently located just a block or so off the main plaza. Also, after asking about facilities, the staff gave me a 5 day pass to Pure Day Spa located nearby. This hotel is ideal for travelers who are looking for some quiet and privacy within their hotel. I only saw one other pair of guests during my stay there. Also the rooms were some of the best in Granada out of the 3 I've stayed in.

The staff were all exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The food at the hotel's restaurant is wonderful, and the hotel is located very centrally so it was always easy to pop back in if I needed something. The hotel was one of the best things about my trip to Granada!

Excellent made-to-order breakfast - with a gourmet touch. Friendly and helpful staff (when I discovered I would be late one day for my reservation, they did not charge me for the missed day, but helped move my reservation and reorder my shuttle to the hotel). Nice modern facilities with a flair of art and rustic Nicaraguan charm, excellent location and a nice courtyard with fountain and palm trees.

Great location in the city centre very close to the central park as well as all restaurants and bars. The room was great, spacious, very modern with a big comortable bed. The room was equipped with a aircon and fan and a great bathroom. The staff was super friendly, very helpful, simply amazing (the girls at the reception helped us to organise our trip to isla de ometepe, our next station of our tour by calling various hotels for us as well as organising the transfers. The girls gave us very helpful recommendations regarding tours and activities in Granada and the surroundings. Furthermore the hotel room included a very tasty breakfast with lots of fresh fruit, coffee and many more. We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Estrada and would recommend it to everyone who is visiting Granada.

It's centrally located, just behind the cathedral, yet it still has the ambiance of a tucked-away oasis. The staff were some of the most attentive, helpful, and professional I've encountered in my travels. They went above and beyond in helping with my travels between Granada & Ometepe. But the best part is the hotel itself, from the quaint courtyard, to the fabulous and modern rooms, to the delicious restaurant. You can't go wrong by staying here!

I loved this little hotel! Staff was really friendly and attentive especially the hotel manager who moonlights as the receptionist and the concierge. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a fresh cold drink from the receptionist who had the foresight to move us into a room that was not only ready, but suited us better as we were early. Our stay was extraordinarily pleasant as all of the staff always has a smile to greet you and make you feel at home. The food was magnificent in the Bistro and the atmosphere is classy and secluded from the constant haggling of the street vendors. On our departure our ride was late and once again we were helped with a few phone calls to see when and if our ride was showing up. The hotel is as beautiful and aptly described from the pictures online. Thanks Estrada!

Small Luxury Hotel.....it certainly is!

I loved this small hotel! Only 7 rooms in a beautifully restored colonial building with courtyard, fountain, nice artwork and furnishings and newly added restaurant/bistro and bar. Room rate includes a fantastic breakfast, made to order and served elegantly in the small courtyard.

The hotel is 1 block from the main sqare on a quiet street near many good restaurants. Really nice to be off the Calzada but near enough to walk to everything within 5 minutes.

Everyone was very friendly and I felt at home and relaxed as soon as I checked in. It was so nice to have such a tranquil oasis during the busy semana santa.
